We still had awesome attendance and representation with 839 Vegan Runners attending 324 different parkrun events. 783 gained a finish token and we had over 56 wonderful volunteers.

Gosh and goodness, such fantastic achievements, well done one and all for getting out to parkruns and representing our wonderful club. Veganism continues to gain attention and traction, this week the “Moral Maze” on Radio 4 discussed the moral case for veganism. Despite the presenter’s bias, it’s interesting to notice how increasingly difficult it’s becoming for non-vegans to come up with any rational argument for continuing to eat meat and dairy. Even the farmer agrees that current consumption and production of animal products is unsustainable and harmful.
Have a wonderful week – keep running and repping for the animals.
